Most people, at first sight, have the wrong image of the U.S.A. In the poorest countries, and even in European and other wealthy countries, a lot of people associate the U.S.A. with the image of "a golden land? as the media portrays. For the poor people, the US is a country where they hope to find a new chance, a new life, and for young Europeans, the place that offers them the opportunities and the success they dream about. This so-called "American dream? does exist. But, it is also easy to realize that the U.S.A. is in reality far from these kinds of dreams. Indeed, U.S. citizens have to cope up with everyday realities of their country's weakness.
[...] This universal coverage is one of the points in frontrunner Hillary Clinton's program. In France, or in Switzerland, medical coverage is compulsory, and taxpayers finance it. American health could be inspired by these foreign health systems, which seem to satisfy the majority of citizens. A lot of solutions are considered on Senator Clinton's website, for instance promoting shared responsibility (affordable and accessible insurance), providers deliver affordable care, a new tax for American taxpayers American education also constitutes an important matter to take into account. However, healthcare, education, antiterrorism and war in Iraq are, in some extend, the most topical themes. In these four fields, a kind of similarity can be pointed out: money. Indeed, everything seems to be a question of money, of investments, of profitability. Does invasion of Iraq can bring benefits? Is it useful to spend money in educational program development?
