Spring 2003 evokes in everyone's mind the occidental division on the Iraqi issue between Russia, Europe and the United-States. It has paralysed the United Nations, founded in San Francisco (the 26th June 1945) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, founded in Washington in 1949. Nevertheless, since the Iraqi War ended, the diplomatic hostilities have been decreasing. Today, the transatlantic relations are quieter even if both of the parties stay on its first stance. So, what is gathering the Occidental world together and what is dividing it?...
[...] It will not be the solution to terrorism but a way to re-unite the occidental world. The public opinion considers the politicians as responsible for terrorism. [...]
[...] Nevertheless, France is as arrogant as the US. Both of these nations say that it has led a revolution that has established the equality of citizens and the guaranty of liberty. Not only has he lied, but it also means that the other countries also knew all about it. [...]

Indeed, “civilization” is not opposed to “barbarity” but to “anti-civilization”. Today, terrorism is a threat for the existence of the different civilizations. In addition, if the proverb “divide so as to rule” is true, terrorism is on the good way to rule the world. So what is hoping Europe? The election of J. Kerry as the president of the United-States. [...]
[...] Moreover, the invasion of Iraq makes of the US a criminal. This country has transgressed the right of nations, the right of people to dispose freely of themselves, the right of local authorities to dispose of their people Then, it has scoffed at the international institutions as the United Nations, NATO It is submitted to these institutions as the other members. Saying decide, I'm the referee!” is not sufficient to have an impartial judgement and to take decisions. Thus, when NATO interfered in Kosovo, four justifications were genuine: urgency, humanitarian aspect, democracy and international legality. [...]
