This research paper deals with the following question: What is the main difference between the inputs provided by an international student and a local one? The aim is to help both other students and myself improve financial resources and manage costs better. There are two methods of research employed in the composition of this document. One is preliminary research, and the other is critical review (according to Sharp and Howard, 1996). The review of relevant literature is important to gain complete knowledge about the question, and the critical review is essential to reveal the strengths and the weaknesses. It also prevents us from being misguided. At the beginning of the review I have referred to a large sample of documents that shed light on the relevant information. This data has been gleaned from discussions, news papers, and book, reports. In order to find key words, I have created a list of author references, which I may use to evaluate my research. After the initial research, I am able to redefine my questions and as well as my objectives. This done, I will be able to use this information on my economic and marketing study.
[...] This is particularly true for the students originating in a non-European country: more half of them are unsatisfied against a third of the European students and a quarter of the local students (Graphic Reliability and validity of the results I choose to make segmentation around students who study the same matter as me in to be able to adapt the results at my step. The statistical survey by questionnaire permits only to make an inventory and to give a complete description because we can ask us, in which measurements the students who answering the questionnaire represent the whole of the students of various nationalities and which study the business . They can thus give a deformed vision of the real resources of the students. In spite of it is difficult to establish significant result because the answers are very sensitive. [...]
[...] The literature review is necessary to complete the knowledge about the question and the critical review is essential to show the strengths and the weaknesses. It permits to avoid wrong way too. To do my research, I have, at the beginning, used a large sample of documents to answer more clearly: discussion, news paper, book, reports Ten of theirs are show in the appendix. After to have find my keys word, I have done a list of author references and after with that I could evaluate my research for my question. After my first research, I can redefine my questions and my objectives. [...]
[...] I wanted to know the frequency of the student work at the same time as their study. I thus established a question about the behaviour asking whether they worked all the year, in a regular way or occasionally. Considering they make the same studies, that enabled to see what it is possible to do for me. Then, the opened question was put in order to see whether the students were satisfied with their expenditure and if they have enough to live. [...]
[...] All this first study permits me to do a centred and structured research. After, I draw up a questionnaire of 5 questions which especially transmit quantitative data but also qualitative data to do a semi-structured interview. The questionnaire was given at a sample of 10 people local students non-European students and 4 European students). The various answers are analysed with graphs and statistics to make an analysis by standardization in order to answer my starting question. The ethical approval The ethical components of the module are essential and obligatory for me to undertake questionnaire surveys. [...]
[...] The questionnaire enables me to be located compared to the other students who are in the same situation. I can then see whether my financial standing is the same one and where are the differences. But, considering the expenditure is not approached here, I cannot see how I will be able to adjust my expenditure with my inputs. For that, it would be necessary to make a second research Inputs pour by the family according to the nationality A little more than one third of the students declares to perceive a regular payment on behalf of their family during all the year of student perceive only in period from course and 22% in a variable way.
