6 Sigma has some quality Management principles, like variation of business processes. It is based on the Japanese Management principles. 6 Sigma deals with quality and some efficiency improvements. The DMAIC model is a systemic approach, it is an organization as a whole, greater than the sum of processes. It is one model that has proven its efficiency.
