During this information technology assignment, we're going to focus on the weaknesses of the system. Effectivelly, information technologies are more and more involved in our daily and in our professional lives. Everybody agrees to the fact that information technologies are one of the most important inventions of the XXth century. Technology has given humans the power to overpass and to optimize their skills. Nevertheless, information technologies are nothing without the human interactions what legitimizes the human power upon the machines. Nobody can deny that technology has been invented to make human life easier, at home and at work. Technology is everywhere and sometimes people become bored of being dependent on that tool.
[...] However, the web site proposed on line forum to dialogue with the customers. The idea was quite good but nobody was in charge of answering to the customers what would be not in favour of the firm. In additon, most part of the links proposed on the web site were not activated what obliged the consumer to retape the link to reach the desired web site. To resume the Lesaffre case, I think that the firm was right when it decided to launch a web site. [...]

I asked him to know how many computers there were in the offices and he answered me that nobody in the firm knows it . It means that there were at least computers in the building. Effectively, computers and network maintenance has a cost, but employees' trainings have a very important cost too. [...]
[...] What is the goal of every investment? To increase turnover, to increase profitability, to increase market shares, to increase productivity or to decrease costs of production. Every investment is done to reach one or several of these quoted objectives. To reach this goal, the risk of investment should be mesured, calculated to understand if it will create added value or not. When this risk has been calculated and when the investment should be profitable, the firm has to success in doing the right investment to reach the goal. [...]
