Women are a real wealth and can fully participate to the economic growth and helping them would also help fighting the population growth, the lack of education, the spreading of diseases, the infant mortality . Investing in girls' education is actually one of the best strategies to lead to poverty suppression according numerous studies led by the World Bank document. Indeed, on the other hand, African countries which have the highest fertility rate are also the ones with important issues to deal with today. For instance, the GDP per capita (per person) in Niger is less than a day, and the fertility rate is nearly 7 children per woman. If the challenges of today are not solved, how will it turned with such a population growth? [...]

All the communities can help spreading right information about diseases, how to contract them and how to avoid it, especially religious communities. A campaign of information from the government to these religious communities can help spreading the message. Religion is extremely powerful in some African countries. Despite the progress we observed these last decades about women empowerment, there is much more to achieve. Some countries are working hard to achieve a gender equality. Rwanda is part of them: in of parliamentarians were women. However, even if the number of female parliamentarians doubled in Africa these last 2 decades, we are far from the 30% of women among parliaments recommended. [...]
