The December 19th, 1997 took place in Japan the annual United Nations conference on environment and development. In this day 187 countries signed and ratified The Kyoto Protocol aimed at fighting global warming. This international environmental treaty was signed in order to decrease the emission of the greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. One of the possibilities to achieve this goal can be done by the renewable energy.
Renewable energies are an energy which can be exploiting by Man and suppose to be inexhaustible. This king of energy is given by the sun, the wind, geothermal heat or waterfalls. Because renewable energies are given by natural resources they don't create waste, or just a little, and also they don't generate polluting emissions. In this way they contribute to the fight against the greenhouse effect and greenhouses emissions in the atmosphere. And moreover to find a substitution of the fossil energy which can be exploiting for eternity.
France signed in 1997 the Kyoto protocol, so she took measures and define a politic to follow in order to decrease her greenhouse emissions. Which king of measures she took, which types of sources she used and for which need, what is her line of conduct in renewable energy?
[...] Whereas the renewable energy translates the fact that the energy is reconstitute. A renewable energy is not necessary a clean energy in fact some of them emit pollution in the atmosphere. For an example the biomass is the combustion of wood to product directly heating or energy and combustion mean reject of pollutants in the atmosphere. But the negative consequences in the atmosphere are producing only if they are bad utilisations of this system. Another problem caused by the renewable energy is the cost of installation. [...]
[...] Countries cannot longer continue to live like this, because the resources in energy fossils are being exhausted, then the impact of our activities on the planet cannot continue. That why the development and research to find other solution have to be encouraged, by subvention, more advertising in favour of different types of energy production, and change our behaviour in field of environment. However changing our way of life take time, and more when some countries are making resistance (example the United States which did not sign the Kyoto protocol) and others are actually in them economic development and expansion (like China, because an emerging country need a lot of infrastructures, polluting, to produce). [...] Les énergies renouvelables en France The December 19th took place in Japan the annual United Nations conference on environment and development. In this day 187 countries signed and ratified The Kyoto Protocol aimed at fighting global warming. This international environmental treaty was signed in order to decrease the emission of the greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. In fact politicians of the developed country and specially the environmental specialist realized that the world cannot continue with this level of greenhouses emissions and continue to draw from resources of the planet. [...] This project included objectives in benefit of renewable energy. In this project was created six working groups, each one composed by forty members who represent five organisations, actors in sustainable development which are: The State, the local authorities, NGO, employers and salaries. Each group had a special work and research to do in all the area in relation with the environment, like fight against the warming, adopt energy production and consumption lasting . The objective regarding the renewable energy is to have 20% of renewable energy in 2020 in the energetic offer in France. [...]
[...] Moreover all this dispositions are made because France has also European objectives to respect. French politic in the context of European Union Moreover France is also a member of the European Union, so she has to follow the directive taken by this one. The European objectives regarding the environment are: Firstly the project “3x20 in it means decrease by 20% the greenhouse gas emissions, decrease by 20% the energy consumption and increase by 20% the part of renewable energies in 2020.
