In this document, we present an analysis of the book, State of peace. Sociology of love. It is based on the journey into the ethical thinking of a French sociologist who has practices morality. In his book "State of peace. Sociology of love ", the writer presents his analysis of morality within a course of study of complex situations that are drawn from his work "The love and justice as competences" which was based in times of peace. The book is enrolled in the tradition of French sociology that looked forward to moral dimension in the study of society. Boltanski approaches the analysis of moral agreeing with Durkheim on its necessary presence in the social life that he shares with him so as "to re-enter, in study of people in society, the reasons to act and the moral demands that they give themselves, or who would be, if only under ideal conditions.? According to Boltanski, therefore it is essential for sociology to study an element that has an importance in the continuity of society, morality, and understand where he was born, and what form it takes. And to do that in his approach, he departs from the outset in the report of Durkheim between society and the moralities. Boltanski, in fact, seeks to present, within a classification scheme of action, a dimension of a morality that is based on the concept of Christian love or agape, without tying it to the social dimension as Durkheim did.
[...] "Actor in a state of agape, not modeled his behavior on the basis of representation of the response of his decision and not incorporating into its acts, the anticipated response of the person to whom it is addressed, does not address the relationship with ' other as a sequence of moves and counter-moves, unlike all modern theories of action. " In moral report thus understood, the individual stands in a state of total openness to the other. In this sense, agape Boltanski is the kind of love that Bauman down pat, and that, unlike Eros, is a gift without counter-gift, you lay your hand and not expect so do the other person. [...]

[...] To refer to these forms of living with others, Boltanski speaks of scheme Action distinguishing between regimes of dispute and schemes of peace. In the first he assumes there is a debate between the different perspectives of the actors. In the scope of dispute people "justifying its action, by putting into their sense of justice, advancing the evidence." Schemes dispute opposing the schemes of peace "in the course of social life are not, in fact, without stopping in the dispute." The reports can develop sometimes in a completely peaceful, without any need to put compare their views and, therefore, to develop sequences of criticism. [...]
