Self-Assessment, Career management
I already have an idea of the "perfect job" for me. In fact I have two options: In one hand I can create my own company. So I will be in charge of taking decisions and give the main orientation that I want at work. It is also a way to develop my own ideas, being creative and so activate all my themes as values for my company. In the other hand I can join an already existing company, but they need to have same values and ethic as mine. It will be also effective to meet quickly new people and maybe develop my networking and perspective.
If I choose the second option, it will be ideally a medium company in order to really feel the spirit of the company (value and culture). I don't like when there is too much hierarchy (if it is top/down management). I rather prefer know all my colleagues, work in small group as a "family". I know that you can also create this environment in a big company but it takes and costs you more (time and efforts). Knowing each other and share more than just work is important for me.

Career Plan My career plan considering all my values, my goals, school knowledge and short experience will be construct based upon several actions I want to take. The concept and examples learned in this class made me think about where I want to go and what I want to do later. You have to think about that at the very beginning of your professional career, even if I may change my mind on the way if I discover new "truth". [...]
[...] I know that you can also create this environment in a big company but it takes and costs you more (time and efforts). Knowing each other and share more than just work is important for me. I would not like to work for a company with too many codes and rules. I want a company where managers are concerned about their employees. If the relation with managers and employees is very formal, I will not stay in this company. This is why I would consider working for a creative advertising agency as a project manager. [...]
[...] I get bored really quick if there is no challenge or raising objective noticed that particularly in my precedent internship, doing the same thing everyday during 3 months was really annoying) Competition improve my abilities and give access and opportunity to learn new things, meet new people. ISM - ISEG - 2012 Career Management Theme I need the feeling to be different from others. My moto is to see and do thing differently. Think and analyze everything is my way to be different of the mass, build his own opinion. I always try to find an other way that most of the people choose. If someone say "right", I go left. Maybe it also because I don't really trust people, I need time to established confidence. [...]
[...] I like to be surprised, shock people and being shocked. ISM - ISEG - 2012 Career Management Theme 10: I will not be happy if my work doesn't contribute to society in a certain way. I have family living in Algeria and that made me realize how life can be difficult in others countries and I know that people can help each others. My parents always worked with associations helping people to integrate in the society. They always affiliated to a cause. [...]
[...] I am aware that in such a society you can not move forward as easily if you are alone than if you are in group. ISM - ISEG - 2012 Career Management Theme I like to organize my work because other way I can feel lost. I need to progress step by step: one objective after an other, to find coherence. Particularly when you have norms, rules and deadlines to meet. I don't like to go in all direction because it's a waste of time. [...]
