An ambassador is the personal representative of the Republic President accredited to the foreign Head of State. The Ambassador is in charge of to the bilateral relations between states and has authority on all services having an activity in the foreign State. And notably it is in charge of Consulate.
The consul is in charge of the community of people of its country (expatriates) for which he assumes the protection and connection with the authorities of the residential state and which he manages.
