Earth seen from the moon: here what humanity discovers for the first time in July 1969. This image undoubtedly helps its inhabitants to understand than their planet was invaluable, alive and fragile. However it does not prevent the activities of six billion human which populate it to endanger its ecosystem. We pollute the ground, the airs, water, and with enormous quantities of greenhouse gas which we emit, it is possible to put out of order the delicate and complex climatic “machine” (Histoire Du Climat. Pascal Ascot).
Through this file, we will study in a first part causes of global warming, then in a second part and a third part, we will speak about «globalization» because we will see that global warming can be a chance for planet if everyone becomes aware that this phenomenon is very important. At a national level or at the international level, global warming relates to everyone, decisions which are taken at the national level will affect directly decisions which are taken at the international level. Global warming is a phenomenon which relates to the States, the companies, the organizations, the Man, everyone on this planet, that's why it is also a phenomenon of globalization
[...] Thus for example, Germany must decrease its emissions of 21% while Spain is authorized to increase them by 15%. The European Program on Climate change (EPCC) was set up in June 2000. This one defines sector measures (transport, buildings, industries and energies) which would make it possible to the EU to reduce her emissions by 15 to 30% by 2020 (http://www.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/-Le-changement-climatique- .html). (http://www.rac-f.org/-Politiques-europeennes-.html). (http://www.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/-Cadre-europeen-.html). Some of these measurements already resulted in directives: - the directive “quotas” which sets up a Community system for exchange quotas of gas emissions for greenhouse effect (January 1st, 2005). [...] Other consequences are biological and ecological. Thus, a change of climates is noted: the repartition of precipitations changed during the 20th century; they increased in the average and high latitudes of the northern hemisphere and decreased in the subtropical zones of this same hemisphere (http://www.manicore.com/documentation/serre/index.html). (LA RECHERCHE : Climat ce qui va changer). An important cast iron of the ice-barriers is also noted: observations showed that glaciers of Greenland were reduced by 80 to 230 billion tons from 2003 to 2005, which involves a rise of the oceanic level from one to two centimeters per decade (http://www.manicore.com/documentation/serre/index.html). [...] Indeed, there are fundamental scientific uncertainties on the extent and the rhythm of the warming in the future and on its possible negative or positive effects. But the process, does not cease developing and seems to continue quickly. We must resort to our best capacity of judgment to find the most suitable answers and to avoid the worst. It is time to take into account solutions which are presented to us, and to quickly act in order to stop the phenomenon. [...]
[...] Moreover, the global warming could be considered as a signal sent by the planet, warning the Man, they are exploiting it without understanding wealths of this one and they impoverish it without the hope to get back its natural resources. It is true that to live the Man need these resources provided by the Earth but the exploitation of the planet must be done in a reasoned way. Thus, for example, it is necessary to decrease its energy consumption clearly. [...]
[...] Everyone is concerned about the global warming, everyone is aware about the current problems which future generations will have to face to, we can say that everyone must act to save our planet, it is even more than a simple phenomenon of globalization, it is a collective awareness.
