Battlegroup, Poland, soldiers
In European Union, the project for some people (or the utopia for other) of a common European defense is frequently in the heart of the debate. Thereby, the four defense Ministers of the Visegrad group, France and Germany "met in Brussels to sum up the defense-related results of the V4 cooperation and set down priorities for the future". After this meeting, ministers adopted a statement for resume their position and identified the objectives, priorities and means of a such co-operation. Resulting from this, a battle group composed by soldiers of this four countries should be created in the second half of 2015 and fully operational in 2016, and should be composed of 3,000 soldiers.
In this battlegroup, Poland will assume the role of framework nation. Each country will lead in a specific area, for exemple Hungary will be responsible for engineering, medical support, and reconnaissance, and Poland, as the framework nation, will have a leading in command and control, among other responsibilities.
A battle group already exists in Europe, it's composed of 19 batalions of about 1500 men, but for the moment, it hasn't be send in mission out of the European Union territory.

[...] Moreover, the Multinational Aviation Training Centre is a good exemple of a probable success of, at least, this part of the cooperation, because it's possible that the common air defense could be extend further than the Visgrad's borders, but also in the Baltic countries, and we can see nowadays with the Ukrainian crisis how the protection of the baltic's sky is important for the security of our four countries. And finally, this volonty of strong cooperation with NATO and European Union can just be a good sign for the determinism of the dirigeants to success this cooperation untill the end. IV-Does regional cooperation make sens ? Nowadays, in a such context of mondialisation, of interdependance, a country can't play alone. [...]
[...] That's was a reason of the creation of the Economic Comunity of Europe at the begining. However, a creation of partnerships inside EU is also an important thing, especially if this partnership serves EU purposes. In this case, a cooperation between this four countries is necessary for the srenght of eastern EU, and for improve the way of life of the population of this states. Furthermore, in this case, it's not a kind of aleatory cooperation with an addition of state, it's historicaly logical, it's a group of country who were use to cooperate together, or at least they paid attention about what's happened in each countries of the group. [...] However, the success of a such initiative is not guarantee, and we should wait untill is operational period in 2016 for judge how credible this battlegroup is. But for sure, it's a good initiative for the European Union intregration, and it's could be a great step for the probable creation of a common and credible European army. Finally, this project is a good exemple for explain how regional cooperation is important and can help in many issues Bibliography http://www.visegradgroup.eu/documents/official-statements/joint- statement-of-the Thesis about The degree of cooperation within the Visegrad group in security and defense. [...] Secondly, it's clear that's Europe as an institution needs military forces not from individual states, but a common army, at least an army from an international cooperation. At the first time, I would to describe the objectives, the principles and the main areas of cooperation between the V4 countries in this entreprise . At the second time, it would be intersting to tink about the meaning for European integration (II). Then to think about the futur efficacity of a such battlegroup (III). And finally to write about the sens of the regional cooperation nowadays. [...]
