Ce texte porte essentiellement sur l'optimisation du temps de travail en entreprise. Effectivement, « le temps c'est de l'argent », et en affaires, le perfectionnement de votre stratégie peut rapporter beaucoup. Aujourd'hui, les professionnels n'hésitent pas à planifier des réunions internes et externes pour avancer sur un certain nombre de projets, sans en analyser le besoin. Une problématique se pose alors à eux : comment savoir si cette réunion est un passage obligé sur le projet ou une simple perte de temps ?

One of my previous experience proved me right: my boss used to set up a weekly meeting to get update from his team's running projects. This could have been done by email, and then allow us to move forward on our own work. Are meetings not a means to make employees feel they are part of the decisions?
