We rented a car in New York and went all the way to the Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, from where we took a flight back to France. [...] Finaly, we arrived in Yellowstone. I particularly enjoyed the volcanic activities, such as the geysers. You can see a photo of the Rainbow Geyser here: If I could change anything, I would probably change our travel plans. The road travel was nice, but the USA are much bigger than we expected so, if I were to go back, I would probably start the travel from somewhere closer, such as San Francisco, allowing us to cut down the number of hours spent in a car, while still allowing us plenty of time to admire the scenery.
