Dodd, the senator from Connecticut has pledged universal health care subsidized by employers and the government. [...]

The candidate Sam Brownback, who is senator from Kansas he is also for a market based health care but he wants to establish regulatory competition among states. He thinks market-based solutions are better than government solutions and market based health care can be of high quality and affordable. He wants consumers have 2 choices of insurance for the health care coverage which are suitable for them. To conclude we can say democrats require every one to get insurance in particularly for the 47 million people who haven't any insurance wile republicans candidates favour a market based health care system with a private insurance who consumers can choose.
