I am going to develop the notion of myths and heroes. Let me introduce my subject by giving you a short definition of those terms. A myth is a story that may or may not be true. Mythology includes the legends of our history, our religions, stories of how the world was created, and our heroes. These stories have great symbolic power, and this may be a major reason why they survive as long as they do. A hero is a person who is admired for their courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. It is often represented in myths. It can be the main character in a book or a film or a person with superhuman qualities. Through this work we are going to try to answer this question: What impact do myths and heroes have in our lives? First of all, we'll determine the impact of myths and then we will determine the one of heroes.

David Koresh was the American leader of the Branch Davidians sect who was a religious group, believing himself to be its final prophet. During the Waco Siege seventy-six people inside the compound, including David Koresh, were killed. The Waco siege ended in tragedy with the death of many federal agents. [...]

The land and the people were created by the spirits. The myths were the foundation of Aboriginal society provided certainty about existence. Thank to this a lot of tourists come from worldwide to visit for example Ayer's Rock a symbol of this myth. This could be an economic impact. We can also quote the myth of God who became a religion for the Christians, Jews or Muslims. [...]
[...] Conclusion To conclude we would be able to quote a lot of different myths and heroes who have a good impact on our lives. However, we showed that heroes have indeed a real value on our state of mind on a daily basis. Through this project we have shown that some myths can lead to very dramatic events. Fortunately, this is not the case for all the myths, others more pacifist or ancient bring about a certain feeling of admiration through the artistic creation. [...]
