We will see their principal properties, and the possibilities of recycling them. We will also speak about the various qualities of these materials. In the second part, we will study the evolution of packaging materials through time, space and some criteria like the sales target, the ecology and the cost.

Indeed, for example, for the manufacture of new containers and bottles, recycled glass requires definitely less energy; it is thus preferable from an economic point of view. This material allows a recyclability to manufacture articles of comparable nature, in an infinite way and without being possible to distinguish or to measure the quantities of recycled material Disadvantages. [...] The process of transformation is known and controlled because it is the PET type with range of wide transformation. The strength properties to the shocks are similar to PET. - Optical properties: We obtain a very transparent material, with a neutral colour and brightness identical to glass. - Chemical resistance: There is a good resistance to the stress cracking. The material is ideal for packing of creams and lotions (the contact with oils and fat content is without effect). The bottle manufacture of perfume is possible (possible contact with alcohols, permanent contact to check with the case not case with the perfumes, not recommended for the bottle manufacture of perfumes).
