The aim of this business plan is to launch a new product in the market. The product is original and never created before. This business plan will explain the actions and recommendations to lead this project successfully. Hygiene is more important than ever and people always want new ways to eliminate microbes and bacteria. During long vehicle travels I have often seen people, who instead of going to public toilets prefer to go in nature. The main explanation is because public toilets are often dirty and even if household employees clean toilets a lot of time during a day, just one dirty person can make toilets unusable. It is unverifiable and I tried to think about how I can minimize the risk. The idea is to put a little spring under the toilet seat. If nobody sits down on the toilet seat (means without any pressure on the toilet seat), the spring will put the toilet seat in the start position i.e, up, after one minute. Then when someone wants to use toilet, men especially, they don't have to put the toilet seat in up position. I think this small idea can reduce dirtiness in public toilets. 'Easy Toilet Cleaner' intends to become internationally known as a source of innovative solutions and will maintain special expertise on health and water for daily life. In order to be satisfied, product quality must be the highest. For that reason, investment in R&D is large. Until now, there was no similar product available on the market. Thus, there is a huge potential for 'Easy Toilet Cleaner'. The firm will succeed in the marketplace with a high quality product and an innovative policy.

[...] For example, if I sell a spring Easy Toilet Cleaner! To a service station British Petroleum, and the manager tells to his top managers that it helps him to keep clean his toilets, British Petroleum could buy many springs! But first, I think that salesman work will be very important, because for a new product salesmen will have to demonstrate that customers need the product, this is why recruiting good salesmen will take a long time to have the best elements. [...]
[...] Place (distribution): Small product, easy to deliver, only with our company! Budget Main costs will be: Engineers' salaries Salesmen's salaries Depend of the sale, but approx: Building rent: Factory's production cost: £20/unit Selling price of one unit: Money asked to investors: I ask for this amount in order to pay first cost such as salaries and rent. [...] The product will be improved and guaranteed. Market opportunity New market In the UK this market is totally new without any competitors. In fact many companies build very expensive toilets with auto cleaner and plastic paper all over the toilet seat. However my product will be unique, easy to setup and cheap compare to the electronic toilet because it only consists in a spring below the toilet seat. Customers' priorities I have done a survey around me, and many people do not want to touch the toilet seat in public toilets because it is often dirty and with urine all over it. [...]
