I have decided to study argan oil which is derived from the argan endemic tree of Morocco. These trees are present mostly in the south west of Morocco between Agadir and Taroudant. In this region, argan oil is widely used in the traditional cuisine because it is rich in vitamin E, and antioxidants. However, we are choosing this product more for its cosmetic properties. Nowadays, people are increasingly conscious of their physical appearance. This is why they are looking for a natural product which could be use as skin-care product. Women are very interested by this product because it is a multi-tasking product. In the Mediterranean area, Morocco is the main producer and is number one in the world for the export of argan oil. Argan oil is the perfect product to export in the Mediterranean area because this part of the world is very sunny and skin problems abound. Moreover, Greece has a very high purchasing power compared to the other Mediterranean countries present on the market. This criterion is very relevant for the product we want to export, because I need to identify countries with high purchasing power that could buy this high quality product. Furthermore, there is a better exchange rate between Greece and Morocco. Yet, I could also consider a country like Israel. The difference is due to the "EURO" impact which creates less trade barriers.

Furthermore, there is a better exchange rate between Greece and Morocco. But I could also take a country like Israel. The difference is due to the impact which creates less trade barriers. If we take a look at the misery index, it is very strong in Greece (123,6%). Despite this fact, I think Greece could be the perfect country to deal with because we are going to target the upper class. [...]
[...] And our price will be competitive because, it's going to be always lower than the CIF price (Cost Insurance and Freight) If you were buying this product from France, explain which consequences this would have on the above choices From France, it could be almost the same because the currency used is the same. It could be even easily to export to France because France is closer from Morocco than Greece, so it will be easier to ship the Argan Oil to France. Moreover, the French government has always trying to develop trade exchange between Morocco and France. Morocco is a privilege partner from France. -Incoterms : The incoterms stay the same. Besides, there are fewer risks between Morroco and France as the distance between France and Morroco is lower. [...]
