The name ?Dubai' suggests and creates feelings and emotions associated with dreams, luxury, immoderation, crazy projects and so on. The most famous icons of Dubai are the Burj-al-Arab which is a very notorious hotel, and another famous spot across the globe is the Palm Islands. The other famous traits and architectural developments include The World and other artificial islands and of course, the highest tower of the world, the Burj Dubai which is under construction. Thus, almost all hotels in Dubai are famous and are characterized through a very original, unique and crazy architecture. Moreover, nobody can ignore the fact that Dubai is becoming a symbol and even a capital city of the luxury market for the world at large. All countries have cast their interests in and around Dubai. Moreover, many markets are growing rapidly and in an advanced manner. Through this assignment, we will study the business situation in Dubai. A special focus and report will be given on the specific new business projects that may or may not exist and if so, operate less effectively. Some of these new developments include a cheap youth hostel associated with various services to young people, students and travellers. It is a notable fact that the cost of living in Dubai is comparatively less expensive. And thus, many products or services could be cheaper than in Occident. The exceptions will however remain in the accommodation sector. Addressing the real problem is a task to be undertaken by the business world and their mode of resolving the issue is by taking an active role in solving the problem. Prior to getting into an in depth business study, it is advisable to start with an analysis of Dubai as a territory with a specific and original history.
