The goal of our group is to develop and to sell a new smart and secured medical system without hype. The system proposes an atomized injection for the treatment of an individual and which are possible at home. Indeed, elaborated injection systems, like pre-filled hype provoke a lot of needle accidents, for example in 2006, there were about 150,000 broken needles in France. However, 80% of accidents can be avoided by secured system. Medicine actors, pharmaceutical laboratories, doctors, nurses and patients are concerned by this problem. Our society is the solution thanks to the secured and automatic needle before, during and after injection. It allows to sting with precision, good depth and without pain. The product can be launched in 2011 if banks accept the idea and if we manage to convince them to give us money. One year is necessary to prepare and to develop strategies. This is why we will demonstrate the future success of our product.

Entering this market needs”know-how” and a lot of money so it's quiet hard for a new company to introduce it. Furthermore, the DMI is protected by six certificates and is hard to imitate, that represent a big barer to the entry. Determinants of buyer power It's medium, because they have alternative to the DMI. Even if the product is new, they don't have the necessity to buy it, but it will improve the conditions to make injections. [...]

The advantage of this type of innovation based on a customer's need is that we can really adapt it to the use to be more convenient and practical than others products. Thanks to that, the department of research and development now can start to develop their product according to what they describe before (stage 3). That's how they find this system of DMI ‘Moskito'.
