Rwanda is a socially and politically unstable country. It has been divided and ruined since 1930, by Belgian colonizers and wars. It cannot be denied that Rwanda suffers from many troubles. The first trouble has been colonization. Rwanda still suffers from the colonization period. This period has had effects which are still painful for the country. Today, the main modern problem of Rwanda is war. The colonizers have instilled thoughts, principles and theories such as the distinction between the "Hutu", "Tutsi" and "Twa" that are still the causes of problems, wars and genocides. After the departure of the colonizers, the country has been ruled by dictators and tyrants that have further damaged the situation. What are the groups and sectors affected by these illnesses? What are the solutions? What dilemma can be posed?

[...] They lived in poverty. The government borrowed some money to bank to finance the war; the country contracted a huge debt. As people were ruined, they couldn't pay their taxes and the debt of the country grew up. As the government didn't have any money and was more occupied to kill the population, the country went down with its economy. The hospitals, school and all other indispensable infrastructures were destroyed by the missiles, the teachers were killed or forced to leave the country. [...]
[...] Then, they'll have to oblige everyone to go to school and even oblige the parents to come once a week to a lesson to form them. But, the better way to get some money would not be to borrow it but to ask it. All the European an d American countries have to GIVE not lend some money to this country, this year and next year it would be to a other country. When I say European and American countries” it's also the banks of these countries. [...]
[...] I say only the Europeans and Americans because they have ruined the country. Europeans colonized it and now Americans and Europeans exploit it at low price. This would be the situation : Money from America and Europe (banks and governments) ->Rwanda (no corruption) hospitals, schools, teachers, doctors, water supply, micro companies in the village to build the houses educated people high life expectancy, more equitable society, high literacy rate people would create jobs, companies ->people would pay their taxes the government would pay back the money with no interests when they will be able to pay it back and if they have to pay it back no poverty, prosper economy, prosper society. [...]
[...] Years and years will be needed to rebuild the economy. The agriculture has always been the main economic activity of Rwanda. More than 90% of the population lives thanks to self sustainable agriculture. The most part of the exploitations are family farms. A big slice of the population lives in the fertile regions of Rwanda. As the war and genocide have been going on, people couldn't farm their land anymore because people were scared to go out of their houses. [...]
