What is Work 'n' Coffee?
It's a combination of a warm and convivial atmosphere with a studious area for students who want to work. A place to work, yes, but a lounge bar and a coffee shop as well!
The bar will propose several offers available, for working and conference rooms. People could drink hot and soft drinks all day, cocktails and alcoholic beverages during parties. It will provide special offers: rooms, drinks and snacks coupled to offer low prices to students.

In our case, the customer's localization will be mainly from Technopôle. Especially from the many TECHNOPÔLE SCHOOLS. We have opportunities, because there's no directs competitors on the Technopôle and every day hundreds students are present. If opportunities exist, threats are also present, student means low revenues. That's why we need to be attractive in our price policy and be sure they need such a service because they have modern buildings maybe with modern conveniences (IT rooms, attractive cafeterias, etc) b.
