Three graphs in the document will show us the habits of people in the morning. We can notice that active people do not take a lot of time to get ready. The majority of them take 45 minutes to get ready. Consequently, these people do not have enough time for breakfast.
Moreover, people who say that they need to have time to eat breakfast do not devote a lot of time to this activity. The majority take less than 15 minutes to eat something. We can easily conclude that they do not have time for a healthy breakfast as recommended by nutritionists. Indeed, people assume that they don't eat much. They often drink tea or coffee but people who eat yoghurt or bread are few. However, some people say they like to eat cereals for breakfast. Adults claim to eat muesli.
The fact that people don't eat in the morning or eat a little quantity explains clearly their need to eat something later in the morning. Unfortunately, people tend to eat
something easily available like snacks or sweets. They seem to know that it's not healthy but these kind of munchies are the most practical and transportable. People can't change the fact that they are hurried in the morning but they can change their habits of consumption, notably what they eat in the morning. As people do not have a lot of time in the morning and consequently not much time for breakfast, they don't have time to prepare their children's breakfast either. Children are often compelled to consume an insubstantial breakfast and that too in a short span of time. That's why they go hungry during the morning hours. To counter that, parents give them snacks. But once again, they know that the kind of snacks they give them are not healthy. Some children, however, enjoy a good and substantial breakfast. Parents say that they like sweet cereals. In order to make their breakfast more healthy, they consume their cereal with milk, bread and orange juice.
