Nowadays, the temporary job sector in Belgium is hit by a crisis just as in the other European countries as well as on a worldwide level. Nonetheless, Comex Ltd, a renowned global company active in various sectors, has decided to implement a new temporary job network on the BeLux (Belgium-Luxembourg) market. Even though a sector is in crisis doesn't mean that there is no money to make, and, with the actual economical re-launch decided by the Belgian government - and the various fiscal and social opportunities of these two small western European countries - the profitability of such a bet encourages us to undertake such a project.
With profitable and realistic objectives in mind, we have analysed the opportunities offered by both the BeLux legislation and market to launch this temporary job agency called "Tempo Job". The aim was to assure the feasibility of the project by reaching predefined objectives. These objectives for some were unachievable but still profitability is to be made if Comex Ltd sets about on this venture.
