Shell is one of most globally renowned companies in the energy industry. The current environment requires the company to get involved in the creation of future solutions to meet the increasingly growing energy demands. So, Shell guides its strategy towards innovation and technology to meet this expectation. Owing to its strong financial position, Shell is currently developing its competitive strategy with different projects which covers market penetration, diversification, product development and market development. The overall goal is to grow the business in a sustainable way with different projects in upstream and downstream.
Shell is a global group of energy and petrochemical companies. Created in 1890, by Jean Kessler, Henri Deterding and Hugo Loudon, the headquarters is now based in Hague, the Netherlands. Its operations are visible around the globe, and constitutes the largest energy group in Europe. The group has a workforce numbering 101,000 in more than 90 countries; it has five core businesses: gas and power, refining and marketing, oil industry, chemical business and natural gas.

[...] My strengths are my experience with PowerPoint to make clear slides. The strengths in my report are the introduction of the company, the direction and methods of development of shell. The weaknesses are the analysis of financial data, and maybe the competitive strategy. I think to remedy of our weaknesses, we will work more near the group to understand more easier our parties. [...] Presentation contained errors, so I agree with the comments of tutor presentation feedback. However, in general, I think that our quality of slides is well. It was not difficult to understand the purpose of each slide and link the oral comments to them. I have observed some difference with the other team, each team have their strengths and weaknesses but some returning more than others. For example, I noted that the some teams not given the essential points on the presentation, or present too much information. [...]
[...] Our presentation represents our work. I think we did not have enough information on some points, that's why some important elements were missing for understand each point. I can quote the point of competitive strategy where it was missing some key elements. However, we have presented correctly the company and their different methods of development. We could cover the external factor like some other teams, for understand easier the environment, and develop the competitive strategy. Thanks to teamwork, I developed some skills in the communication. [...]
[...] Thus, we tried to change the roles each meeting. Nobody has improved these roles. We have changed the team working process during our meeting, to know what would be the most practical, like send the information or communicate by mail. I wish to done differentially the work during the meeting, Review key points of information for do not rework later. Each team member has brought an equal work, so the peer assessment is the same for everybody. I think, the understanding of the project is the most important factor of the success in the presentation. [...]
