As an international player in the worldwide banking market, the Crédit Agricole is one of the best French corporations in the sector. Set up in more than 60 different countries, the company also needs to be very reactive and cannot allow itself to stagnate in its growth. Thus, it will be very interesting to set up a new strategy to improve its computing process, and see how it will impact its revenues and organization. To do so, I will briefly present the company, then give a precise definition of what is a strategy and advise one to the Crédit Agricole. Finally, I will show you the strategic implications of such a change on the company and its customers.

Initially formed to provide farmers with specific financing solutions, the farm credit company quickly became a universal banking organization after having extended its services to non-agricultural clients.
