The report talk about a new project to open a skate based cafe concept in France. We know that the skateboard was invented by surfers who wanted to surf when they want. So they built a board with wheel and begin to skate in empty pool. This concept is a skate shop divided in two parts, in one part, the shop to sell skate and surf apparel and in a second part, the cafe to eat fresh food and hot fair trade coffee. The
decoration will be with old skateboard, old surfboard but with a modern look and a nice wood bar. Moreover, the wall must be covered by some pictures of skate and surf legend like Tony Alva, Stacy Peralta, Andy Irons or Kelly Slater.
The cafe names "The Five", in reference of the five continents because we can surf and skate everywhere in the world. And my logo is a pure and modern logo with the name and a reference to the surf and the skateboarding. For the music for the bar ambiance, the « Five » will have a 60's-70's music like Jimmy Hendrix, Deep Purple, Iggy Pop, David Bowie, the Stooges, Steve Wonder, etc.
The skate based cafe concept have to be built in a town were some skaters and surfers will be here. Because the skateboarding culture is part of the surfing culture. If the company have to be build in France, it will implanted in a little surfer's town on the seaside like Hossegor in the Basque Coast.
