The aim of this work is to make a link between the business strategy of the companies, their way of
understanding IT management and to implement it. I will firstly talk about the situation that has been observed
by analysts to understand the actual situation. My aim is to build a link with my company's activities. I am
working in an e-business company since September 2006 which deals with 4 activities: creation of online
shops, management of its own online shops, creation of multimedia communication content and IT outsourcing.
The company is only one year old and that's very interesting because the whole company is growing fast. Every
thing moves to stick the targeted markets. That's the opportunity for me to share what I see and understand
about my bosses' strategy and how the content of this activity is thought.

It's not yet well known that investing early in a good IT system lead rapidly to return on investment. The market related to this domain of application is far from being mature and there is still lot of information to give to companies.
