Strategy and business plan - Brand design - I-Work 2.0
In this quarter, we want to increase our profitability so we will make some investments in Research and Development, in manufacturing, in advertising and in sales channels.
Brand design
We will improve our brand "I-Work 2.0" the evolution will call "I-Work 3.0". Even if we are the leader, to keep our place in the market we will have to improve the design of our brand, to respond perfectly to our customers and to be accepted by the customer union. Furthermore, we will want to launch our company in a new segment that is Traveller. Therefore, we will have to invest in Research and Development to know how to adapt our product to the demand in order to create a new brand for this segment.
[...] And with a shop in Toronto our production cost will be reducing regarding the shipping cost because our factory is based in Toronto. And for the shop in Europe, we have decided to open a shop in Berlin because all the segments that we target have a great demand in Berlin. So we have planned to hire 4 more people in New York and in London and 9 people in Los Angeles and Chicago. For all the cities chosen, we will have one more people to sell I-Work 3.0 and one more people to sell I-Innov so three people in charge of these two brands. Concerning our traveller brand we want to hire two people to sell this product. [...]

By the way, we have thought to invest a lot of money in communication to differentiate our company on the marketplace. c.
