We wish to create a bar with subject, opened from 7 am till 1 am everyday. Situated in the center of Lille, for easy access to this place.
The ambition of this project is to allow the customers a cultural exchange, create a relaxed environment and a cultural discovery.
For that purpose, we would give our room for temporary exhibitions, we would organize concerts on Friday and Saturday evenings, we would invite many artists to get familiar with different cultures and at the globalization and cultural standardization.
The bar shall go of pair with a promotional bus, distribution of fliers, programs, sale of places of concert and tickets of transport; the transport of the customers to prevent use of alcohol or drunken driving.
This bar shall have rooms and flexible and convertible decorations to create different atmospheres, around several subjects (ethnic, artistic, philosophic, scientist).
Our establishment will be called the "Dream Trotter Bar" in reference to the world trips, to the cultural variety and to the notion of sharing.
[...] Taxes: The tax on our company represents 1/3 on our profit. The VAT: The collected VAT is calculated on the debits (date of the invoicing) and not on the collections. It is monthly paid 15 of the next month. In case of credit of VAT, we shall put back this credit on the due fellow. [...]

Cultural environment: Open City, welcoming diverse nationalities and cultures, in the move, Lille is one of the main student City in France and a lot of Erasmus students come every year, we are located at the crossroad of the north of Europe (Belgium, Netherlands, England ) and more and more people come to visit this city. Regarding to the competition we think about using an adaptation strategy because the average selling price of tickets on the competitive market is 10 euro. Thus we remain close this average price while trying to exercise a psychological effect. Insurances: The insurances of the establishment and the bus represent 425 euro per month. Staff salary: Our establishment counts a senior partner who is paid 2000 euro a month, having no income taxes; he has to pay welfare costs to private bodies. We shall consider also 3 minority associates (regime of the employees) getting a 1500-euro salary each a month. [...]
[...] It will show advertisements and programs of the bar, while bringing a touch of originality connected with our establishment, by becoming object of reference to our image and to our product. The public relations: it is a very important tool of the communication. We are going to create a positive environment around our image by developing contacts with cultural associations as well as with some number of bodies of press. The posting and the flying: We'll use posters which appear in strategic places of the city of Lille and its surroundings (universities, suburb, surrounding villages). These posters will be adapted and well designed to increase our original conception. [...]
