The success and effectiveness of any organization depends on its employees performance and their ability to perform their job in the most professional way. To help employees reach their maximum potential, human resources development designs planned activities providing necessary skills required for meeting the organization's objectives. These activities start when the employee joins the organization and it begins with an orientation program. This program is designed to help newcomers overcome the different challenging situations they have to face when they start their new job.
