We chose Publicis as large French manufacturing company for our research. Publicis was created by Marcel Bleustein, in 1926, in Paris. He launched a radically new concept (closer of consumer). He had several core values, which he never broke: attention to others, respect, staying true to the product, customer satisfaction, creativity and total quality. Publicis is the world's fourth largest communications group. In addition, it is ranked as the world's second largest media counsel and buying group, and is a global leader in digital and healthcare communications. With activities spanning 104 countries on five continents, the Group employs approximately 45,000 professionals. Thus, as assistants to the Human Resources Director in Publicis, we are going to present the process of recruitment, the selection of three graduate trainees, (in the Marketing Department) and their induction. First, our trainee (marketing assistant) must have a pleasant appearance and an acceptable bearing, as he will have to welcome clients. He will therefore represent the image of the company (values, know-how, and unity within the group) and, he will have to be in a client's service, in order to put him in the best conditions, to facilitate the future negotiations. Then, the trainee must be eloquent, because he will have to answer the phone, and talk to important people. If he is a fluent speaker, this will facilitate his relationships with clients, and will create, progressively, a real link between our company and the others.

General intelligence His general intelligence will have to be in the average, because the job of assistant just requires carrying out tasks, wanted by the manager. For example, a trainee can emit ideas about a project, but the final decision won't be depend on him . [...]
