HighIT prefers to offer their employees a form of freedom, but it also means that they can come and leave the firm whenever they want, which is not a good thing for a firm. HighIT has the policy to hire the best employees in the market, which is why it would be better to retain them. In terms of revenue, HighIT's human resource policy has worked, but the main problem with this policy is that there is a considerable attrition and that is not good for the firm's productivity.
