The recruitment is more and more requiring and needs to be clearly to identify: what type of profile? Local or expatriate? Year of experience? Internal or external recruitment? Competences? and so on. Nowadays, internet is the main source to recruit the candidates in extern. Nevertheless, the company does not today have to content itself any more with a passive approach which consists in publishing on-line offers on sites as Jobteaser, the announcement must be attractive to attract the best candidates, sometimes the company also has to find themselve candidates on website such as LinkedIn. The company can also confide the recruitment to temporary employment agencies or recruitment agencies, according to the profile to look for.
