The aim of Career Management seminar is to help us to put emphasis on our future career by using specific tools to understand our real values and the kind of way we should choose to fit us. This course should be an efficient mean to help us to build and adopt a clear vision about our career plan, in order to avoid mistakes and be coherent with our own personality.
It will be a base of self-assessment to determine our career plan at short, middle and long term. Thanks to this seminar, we see what the specific steps to take to succeed are: on the one hand, at work and on the other hand for our personal life and satisfaction. Indeed, a career plan cannot be built without considering our personal life.
