The Journal objective is to answer two questions. First is what did I learn about the topic and about myself? The second is how can I benefit from that now and in the future?
This assessment isn't a theory thesis or research review. We write it through personal arguments around intercultural communication and thinking about. Besides, references are also clearly specified by theory analysis, canals, type of documents, contents. Data references collected are diversified and taken from English, French, Spanish and German books or documents. Unbiased data are taken from recognized publications and targeted as impartial components. Subjective thinking is identified by own reviews and experiences transcript in this journal.

[...] The following diagram shows my communication pattern. Secondly, I tried to compare my pattern with Finnish and French colleagues' groups. If I compare to other French student groups, they like sophisticated communication to introduce by using seduction and eloquence speech. They don't get to the point and prefer to discuss and clarify topics and subjects, decisions could be taken more lately. Finnish group communication is focus on relevant information, they speak when they have something to say (like German groups who use pragmatism and technical way of things). [...]
[...] The analyse will stop now because I don't master this language but by starting learning this language reflect direct communication compared to Latin language which is more poetic with misunderstanding and heavy grammar references. However, the fact is to choose to avoid gender determination is meaningful it's like to a parity goal and a clarify position. It's true when you speak with a girl you know that she is I agree with that: Finland is a country focus on equality and parity, gender in the society don't seem to be a determinant or a priority to socialization or relationship. Results of the last quiz has shown balanced results categorise me like directive: reflective supportive emotive directives (24). First, this matching shows high or law context don't influence your communication style but communication style could be adopted through contexts. To illustrate, if your audience is full of Finnish people your oral speech could be different than Spanish audience. As for Lewis Finnish people prefer communication with modesty, no flattery focus on technical information. [...]

Hofstede and Iribarne culture dimensions as introduction Cultural dimensions in work are very useful, Hofstede 1994 and after Iribarne studied national values integration in workplace and cultures dimensions as well. Hofstede classified components which characterize and compare value profiles at work individualistic versus collectivistic, masculine versus feminine, power distance, uncertainty avoidance, time perspective, restraint versus indulgence. My sister was interned for 6 months in Helsinki as human resources monitor and she was very surprised by management style and corporate culture, shared work values at the workplace. [...]
