Labor or the business world as a whole has always been associated to men regardless of the major role that plays the wife in contributing to the economic growth. Nowadays, we're facing a new concept which is Mompreneurship- Mothers are being more and more demanding, active and creative in the business area. This case study of Moroccan mompreneurs from the rural area will show us how women can manage to orient the activities of her entrepreneurial experience to her family.

[...] Mompreneurship is a new concept derived from Mompreneur which is in simple words : Moms + Entrepreneurs. It is when entrepreneurship is done by mothers, frustrated and caring mothers frustrated of not being able to spend enough time with their children. But no one said it would be easy raising a business and running a family at once. In fact It is all about doing business with a work-life balance by maintaining flexible work schedules. But still the definition of Mompreneurship is not that absolute, It Is termed commonly internationally, as an emergent phenomenon, which has yet to settle on a widely accepted definition or be researched from a social scientific point of view (Korsgaard, 2007) According to Richomme-Huet et al., (2013) To date there are three identified characteristics of mompreneurs, these are: ‘identity orientation (that blurs the boundary between the roles of mother and business woman), motivation (and the desire to achieve work-life harmony), and opportunity recognition (opportunities identified by the experience of pregnancy or having children).
