I recently discovered that some information about our current financial difficulties has been disclosed, as many executives have started all of a sudden to sell their shares. You imagine how confused I was because this was purely confidential information nobody but me should know.
We are facing a very preoccupying situation. Not only because that could worsen our effective financial difficulties, but also for the confidence of our shareholders, and obviously of our employees. Moreover, they should not worry.

I admit that our financial situation is not all rosy. But it is part of a normal business plan: when starting the modernization project of our firm (as agreed by our shareholders), and investing large sums of money in it, we assumed a loan was necessary. We were aware that it was an ambitious project, and that it would weaken our balance sheet. We accepted it, and all the long-term consequences that come along.
