Answers: The institution of business and industry is responsible for the environmental and social issues of today for many reasons: Firstly, at a macro-economic level, the multinationals have more and more impact on the life of the workers and the customers. [...] The governments have less and less power in comparison with the Top-Management of the firms. That's why many companies take advantages of this situation of powerful and they don't hesitate to over-exploit the workers of the World. For the workers of the developed countries, its threat the workers and frightened them with the delocalisation and dismissing particularly for the non- skilled employees and factory workers, same thing concerning the skilled worked and the white-collars who begin to enter in competitiveness with the workers of the developing countries because lots of engineers come from India or China and the companies hire theses workers and allow their to work in developed countries, not for a philanthropic reason but with this action, the companies contribute to decrease the level of wages of the workers of the developed countries, that's what we call the economic and social dumping. [...] The triptych of the Sustainable Development is partially completed. We have two case of CSR, the defensive and the offensive CSR, most of the time, the companies act in a defensive CSR to protect their reputation without making any change in their way to consider the business. Due to this fact, I consider that the two notions are extremely opposed, the final aim of a company is to realize and maximize the profit, and it is opposed to the increasing of the right of the Human Being. Even if Mirvis and Googins have identified five stages which allow categorizing the companies with their evolution in term of corporate social responsibility, the companies haven't a duty of result; there is no real power of sanction. En if its respect the standards of IS for the Environmental Issues and the SA8000 for the working conditions of the workers, there aren't an obligation of result but only an obligation of means. [...] That's means that the workers will have better condition of working and life if the companies increase the production in the countries where the good are produced to increase the demand. If the government don't let the companies put in place and apply the delocalisation, its can exploit the Third World and the workers of the Quarter Word can have a work. I think the workers and the citizen must develop a certain form of nationalism and patriotism with their countries, we could only buy product which are produced in our country and don't buy the product which come from another countries.
