That's why, executive teams must proceed to a strategic selection and organization in order to avoid these cultural chocks and create a real coalition. Several problems can appear. For instance hiring a Westerner woman and making her working with local team can create confusion. The main executives have to be clear on that in order to be able to communicate the information to the team to get speed of delivery: when does the park have to open? Do we need to open all at the same time? Once that the managers will have answer to these questions, the collaboration can really start: the goals are shared and they can communicate on them. [...]
