Didier X is the CEO of the company 'La source blanche'. This company was really close to going bankrupt before he arrived, in 2000. He decided to focus his decision around three mains points: to be more employee oriented, to pay more attention to the accounting and to develop the image of the company in all the medias. Before this mission, Didier X used to be the CEO of the 'Hotel star', in La Baule. The job was not exactly the same because of the standing of the Hotel. Indeed, while customers of the company in Bride-Les-Bains came from the working class, the Hotel Star is a really prestigious establishment. But, there are some similarities between these two companies. Indeed, both of hotels use benefits of thermal water in order to improve customers life. Indeed, the Hotel Royal has got a department of balneology, while, the company in Brides-les-Bains helps people to lose some weight by hydrotherapy techniques.

The way he works with his team, encourages the collaboration between themselves (he manages the relationship). He is an achiever because he reaches the goals with his team without hesitation. He works since 1989 in this sector, which means he knows very well what to do. This let him being an expert in this sector. [...]
[...] For you, what are the functions of a leader? “Organize, plan, manage, encourage and project management” In his definition, we clearly see that M. X. forget one aspect of a leader's function. Indeed, as the characteristics of a leader describe following this, he totally forgets the point of developing potentials and retain them. Functions of a leader (and M.
