Information system management: the Blackberry
The products of Blackberry consist of wireless solutions to provide e-mail and data bases wireless access. The company has targeted people, especially professionals (we will specifically talk about them in this work), and has access as an added value. It keeps people connected to the information they need, whenever they need it. The Blackberry products are cellular phones, smartphones, wireless software (WLAN) and Wireless Local Area Networks. To tackle the professional market, the company has organized its approach under marketing solutions. It has highlighted the added value in using its products in the every day business life. We will see in our documents what arguments are used by Blackberry Company to talk to its target audience, and how it has organized its business around its core activities which are providing wireless access to databases thanks to at-the-state-of-the- art wireless products.

This tool enables them to have access to updated and unlimited customer data, anytime and anywhere.
