This report enumerates the key elements required to modify work strategy in a company's business and mark a new vision for their brand. The risk factors such as the 'regulation risk' and 'plant risk' should be responsible for the initial components needed for the cheese products and confine to the standards respectively. Since the return from these investments is high, it becomes important for SMC to manage these risks efficiently. The opportunity of development and internationalization are the two major challenges for the company. The risk is the variation from the expected outcome over time. To apply this definition, we have to consider three different elements to identify the risks. First the variation could be defined with the range and the standard deviation.

This coopetition is essential to insure a win-win position as well as possible to permits a good development of the business in the country. Consumers The consumers must be well trained and informed on the quality of our cheese products and on the respect of the standards in the way to produce these products.
