The conference is titled 'Museums and Heritage' and will last for three days. Delegates are expected to include students, academics and industrialists, with maximum numbers expected to be 350. Delegates will be on varying budgets. The event is to be held in a destination of your choice. The University of Bright People will organize the conference 'Museum and Heritage' in September 2008.

The benefice of the estimated budget will be transfer to an association to maintain the conservation of the Heritage. The industry of conference is in constant growth thanks to main factors as the growth of facilities, the access to transport and a strong communication between supplies and buyers (Rogers 2003). [...] The event takes place just before the return of students at the University. Thus, all students will be free to go to the conference as it's required. The Parisians (who will normally represent the most important part of the delegates) live in a speed capital and could not have many times free to go to a conference. Thus, it will be more easy for us to go to a conference during the week end, even if it s not usual for a conference association Moreover, the University of Paris, La Sorbonne has a special department (“Location de salles du site universities de la Sorbonne”, http://www.paris- sorbonne.fr/fr/spip.php?article5070) for the conference organization and its will more disposed and capable to mange and to help in the pursuit of the success of the event and catering. [...] Thus, this venue represents a good value for money for the University of Bright people in terms of rent, technical equipment. Concerning the range of services proposing, in addition to these audiovisual equipments and an access to the library at a lowest price, this University room capacity is so flexible and large space are in service to the conference (500 to 90 room's capacity including 3 auditoriums) and catering such as coffees break and lunches.
