The current trend in the business world is to changes : indeed they have exercised a major influence on account of the rapid companies evolvement. This also can be explained by the firms environment changes which require that organizations adapt themselves in order to continue and develop the firm activities under an efficient manner.
The change is defined as making (also converting or transforming to become different) the form, nature, content, future course of something different from what it is or form what it would be if left alone. The change management should be seen as the mean to glimpse the future of an enterprise on a long term approach. During this assignment, I will interest in the new international trade ways of proceed downstream concerning Procado Holding where I have made an internship as junior sales representative at international scale on African, Asian, European and Middle East countries.
Procado Holding is established in Plesnois in France since 2002 : it is a small and medium-sized enterprise which belongs to a four firms holding : it achieves a € 5 million turnover with 89 % market share locally and is present on three main exhibition shows : Interiorlifestyle in Tokyo, Maison & Objet in Paris and Macef in Milan. The field concern the research and designing of new products and gift ideas.
The range of products is wide and through with handmade quality cosmetic, spa and aromatherapy products, diffusers, sprays and candles. The staff is composed of 38 people with among other : the chairman, a financial and human resources manager, thirteen sales representative (whom two at export), an advertising representative and the workers. I also have chosen this company because it was the occasion for me to put in practice my acquired knowledge and skills at international levels in sales. Moreover, this change to see the export market as a single unity has enabled me to obtain good results notably the signing of a distribution contract with WAFI Group for the equipment of five hotels star on the United Arab Emirates country.
[...] The education (participation and involvement) consists in seeing human resources as assets and liabilities. It could take the form of international marketing[38] and languages trainings programs at the thirteen sales representatives and advertising executive purpose (only local market skills except for one sales representative : sales men , assistant manager and art backgrounds) and group mentoring[39] thanks to the human resources manager (long term individual development, commitment of personal, high return on investment[40]). Moreover, learning plans for collaborative team working through double loop learning[41] could be implemented with the creation of a coalition[42] thanks to one export sales representative which is trained to the international trade techniques , myself in international marketing and markets and with the advertising executive in art. [...] It is composed of selection criteria such as the market accessibility, potential and security. The market accessibility is composed of physical factors (climate, relief, distance, conveying conditions of products, possibility to store goods tariff (custom duties and tax system) and non tariff obstacles (fixing quotas, import licenses, standards, accreditations, exchange rate control ) socio-cultural factors (language, history, religion , psycho-sociological factors economic and politic factors (nature of regime) . The potentiality factors are basis data (population, growth national product, income per people, unemployment rate, currency situation, foreign trade, trade and payment balance situations) economic situation (production and consumption growth, development index, main production, national debt, foreign debts and economic policy orientations), and dimension of our market (internal consumption and evolvement of scented candles and perfume, possible local production, import, size of France , main foreign suppliers, local demand with Demand = Production + Imports Exports). [...] The cultural adaptation in the implementation of trade policy It will be useful to establish the trade policy in taking in consideration of social and cultural differences. For example concerning product policy of scented candles and perfume, some specific elements such as favorite colors and perfume should be taken in account. We also can quote the standards on manufacturing, intellectual property, packaging, information contained on labeling and documentation. Concerning the price, we could ask our self what are the common means of payment, customs duties and taxes, local currency and exchange rate. [...]

The bargaining power of suppliers The suppliers are vegetable waxes of palm and soy. There are a certain number of suppliers thus, the bargaining power will remain limited. Among suppliers, we can mention : Assistance Distribution Chimie[18] and CGiraurd&Cie[19] The threat of substitutes The substitutes are all manufacturers of simple, perfumed, garden candles but equally all scented products such as sprays, diffusers and cosmetic products.
