Moral compass and leadership capabilities

In this paper, I will define the moral compass which is determined by my knowledge, based on which I developed principles of life like relationship, the division, respect, honest. These values will help me to be a good leader in my future professional life and I have also to work a lot to really become a good leader. For example, I have to learn to recognize my mistakes and work on them. To understand how to be able to manage and take a specific decision, along with being a good leader, I will use some examples like polemics, political choices, or also Marc Jacobs' life.

It permits me to understand the others ways of thinking, to respect cultural differences, to learn how to adapt me and finally, to change my moral compass in that way, to be always more understanding and so, in the future, more efficient as a leader. [...] In that way, it's really interesting to study what is, today, my moral compass, and how to improve it Moral compass and leadership capabilities There are several points of view for the moral compass, like an ordinary compass, with the north, the east, the south and the west, a moral compass can be explained with its four main points: moral vision, moral code, moral fitness and moral performance. I will tackle each of these points. My moral vision is the symbol which represents my moral in its globality. For me, I can say that it's in reality two symbols that we can put together in the way to build one new symbol with its own definition. [...]

[...] I think that it's not worthy of an effective leader. To be a good leader, we have to be logic with ourselves, to respect others, and to respect our moral compass. It can't be the case in such contradiction. We have sometime to share the victory with someone else and to accept help. It's an important point of the moral compass and this example shows that it's also very important to be an effective leader. If not, we loss our credibility, what is against the leadership position. [...] But one thing is sure, I will not be just an employee. I would like to have responsibilities, to have projects or teams to drive and coach. I would like to take decisions, to be confront with dilemmas or problems, because also if it's an important problem, it's always more exciting than staying behind a computer and do the same thing all the day. In that way, I have to present the qualities of a good leader and this position will probably make me meet a lot of challenges throughout my career. [...]
