It is clear that managers have great responsibilities and that they have to take up their responsibilities in certain cases. Responsibility is, maybe, one of the most important skills a good manager must have and must use in the management of his firm and employees. I will explain, using different references, that a manager is responsible for the decisions he makes and which have bad effects on the different environments of the company.

This example shows well that the managers are responsible the actions made in the past. Indeed, in the Enron case, the managers have lied during long time about the economic situation of the company. This vision can be done thanks to some concession and some mistakes because they have to neglect some points and so to do some mistakes (for example a company can neglect the work conditions to maximize the production and so the manager do the mistake to pay less the employee for example) in some elements of their management skills.
