The IBM company is a more than centennial company, that is the successful result of a merge between three computing, tabulating and recording companies.
[...] The motivation in itself is a strong ally especially when, as it happens in IBM, the good intentions showed by Ginni Rometty's speeches to the R&D services of IBM are confirmed by massive investments in this area. The most important part of this plan, Watson, is allready being used and sell to increase banks profitability especially in their customer relation service. In a context of transformation of the banking activity, and, in case of success of this trial run, the capacities and economic application of the artificial intelligence would prove to be concrete and could bring IBM into one of the most advances company in the world regarding that matter. [...] This is also a way for the company to learn from a more diverse and trendy company and maybe to place itself as a key actor, or even a essential partner, for the future of the Apple company. However, the change in the company's culture breathed by Ginni Rometty and carried by IBM Watson's branch will probably not be realized as fast as expected in the hole company as a change in generation needs to happened to do so. However, and to accelerate IBM transition to the top of new technologies but also to a return to a more solid and consistent profitability, some element could be improved. [...]
