The management of information and communication technology is, in the present market, a key element to manage a business. The uses of ICT including the use of satellites, mobile communication and the Internet has played a significant role in the modernisation process. The need to communicate with people, customers, suppliers, competitors and also the market is important. Communication today, is a basic need for each firm which wants to grow and develop its business. The use of communication and technology is increasing constantly. The evolution is at the same time fast and firms have to be aware of it to integrate new technologies to stay in business. First of all, we will see the benefits and the advantage for a firm to use information and communication technology. In the second part, we will have a look for the need of upgrades in the formation systems of a firm.
